Objectives and Scope of Work
- Humanitarian Service, Poverty Alleviation & Disaster Management
- Humanity First: To promote literature, medical science, fine arts, science, and education.To serve the poor, helpless, and underprivileged people of the country and undertake short-term and long-term humanitarian programs to improve their standard of living.
- Disaster Management: To distribute emergency relief, provide medical services, and take effective steps for the permanent rehabilitation of victims during natural disasters or pandemics.
- Social Harmony: To build a beautiful, disciplined, and harmonious society by awakening ethical and social values.
2. Education, Training & Skill Development
- Child Education: To ensure primary, basic, and vocational education for street children and underprivileged children.
- Adult Literacy: To operate ‘Adult Education Programs’ to eradicate illiteracy among low-income and underprivileged people.
- Skill Enhancement: To transform unemployed and semi-educated youth into a skilled workforce through modern technical and vocational training.
- Modern Learning: To raise public awareness about Open Educational Content (OEC) and modern e-learning methods.
3. Women Empowerment, Self-Reliance & Cottage Industries
- Training & Employment: To make neglected women and ethnic minorities self-reliant through specialized vocational training.
- Production & Marketing: To establish cottage industries or commercial production centers under the Foundation’s management. Products made from supplied raw materials will be marketed through the Foundation’s own sales centers, and the profits will be spent on the welfare of the needy.
4. Agricultural & Rural Development
- Input Distribution: To distribute high-quality agricultural seeds, fertilizers, and modern farming equipment among farmers.
- Variety Improvement: To work on crop variety improvement and enhance the quality and marketing of local agricultural products in coordination with national and international organizations.
5. Urban Development & Slum Welfare:
- Working for the improvement of living standards of urban marginalized populations and slum dwellers.
- Raising awareness on waste management, improved sanitation, and environmental protection in urban areas.
6. Healthcare & Quality of Life Improvement
- Medical Assistance: To operate health camps to ensure affordable healthcare and provide emergency medicine and treatment for the poor.
- Digital Health: To bring e-health bulletins and online health consultation services to the doorsteps of the people.
- Third Gender Development: To work for the social dignity and improvement of the living standards of the Third Gender community and implement plans for their permanent employment.
- Basic Amenities: To ensure pure drinking water, improved sanitation, and hygiene for marginalized communities.
7. Literature, Culture & Recognition
- Cultural Preservation: To work towards upholding and promoting indigenous culture and heritage.
- Quarterly Magazine ‘Sorosi’: To publish and distribute the magazine ‘Sorosi’ free of charge to boost literary and cultural practices.
- Awards & Recognition: To provide special ‘Awards and Honors’ in recognition of the outstanding contributions of people from various walks of life.
- Financial Model: To utilize advertisement revenue from the magazine to cover publication costs and spend surplus funds on philanthropic activities.
8. Sports Management & Drug Eradication
- Healthy Sports: To organize regular sports competitions, tournaments, and events to keep the youth engaged in healthy entertainment.
- Anti-Drug Movement: To organize awareness seminars and campaigns and build effective social movements to eradicate drug abuse.
- Mental Development: To explore the creative talents of children and adolescents and play a role in their healthy mental development.
9. Human Rights, Legal Aid & Surveys
- Rights Protection: To protect the human rights of children, women, minorities, and the disabled, and provide free legal advice and assistance. To identify incidents of human rights violations, conduct fact-finding, and prepare and publish reports in this regard.
- Statistical Surveys: To build information-based public awareness by conducting ‘Statistics Surveys’ on various social issues.
10. Environmental Conservation
- Ecological Balance: To conduct massive tree plantation programs and cleanliness drives to combat the risks of climate change and environmental pollution.
11. Financial Management & Transparency (Income & Expenditure)
- Fundraising: To collect funds from member subscriptions, one-time donations, and internal commercial projects (e.g., sales centers, advertisements).
- Ensuring Transparency: To manage all income and expenditures of the Foundation according to government regulations and conduct annual audits through a Chartered Accountancy firm.
12. Social Cohesion and Peace Building
- Community Harmony: To undertake social cohesion and peace-building activities among different communities and encourage sensitivity towards human rights.
